The business was established by Mick Hayes and has been servicing Brisbane and the surrounding suburbs for over 15 years and is the preferred contractor for air conditioning installation, servicing and repairs.

Our air conditioning services include the installation of ducted air conditioning systems and split air conditioning systems and the regular service and maintenance of air conditioning systems.

Since October 2018 the company expanded to include electrical contracting work too to become Southside Airconditioning and Electrical.

Director & Technician

Mick is the founder and director of the company, which was originally Southside Airconditioning Solutions. At the time Mick mainly focused on airconditioning installation for both split systems and ducted air conditioning in residential and commercial dwellings. With over 30 years of experience in the industry Mick has a wealth of knowledge. He prides himself and the company on providing reliable and professional workmanship along with exceptional customer service.

Shani Hayes

Accounts Manager

Shani is our accounts manager. She has worked side by side with Mick in the air conditioning business providing back up and support in the office. With over 30 years experience she is the backbone of the company and is excellent at what she does.

Jess

Office Manager

Jess is our office manager, specialises in providing our customers with air conditioning quotes. Designing plans for ducted systems is also a favourite. Jess has 11 years experience within the industry and is very knowledgeable in this field.

Sales Coordinator

Lucy is our sales assistant working alongside Jess and Charlotte. She is usually the lovely voice you will hear on the phone! Lucy has worked in customer service and sales for the last 10 years in a vast range of roles, providing much knowledge and skill to the administration team.
